We recommend that guests arrive at 5:15 PM. Upon your arrival, our ground staff will assist you with directions to their parking lot and ceremony site. We recommend carpooling or using a rideshare service if possible, so you can celebrate safely.
We recommend that guests dress in Cocktail Attire (think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, or suits). Most importantly, we suggest bringing a jacket as the weather will be chilly. Please note that our venue is fully outdoor and on artificial turf. There will be heaters and blankets, however, to ensure a warm and cozy celebration. As a small request, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing white dresses. If you’d really like to lean into our theme, we invite you to wear something in muted green, brown neutral, or black!
There is no cellular signal in the canyon, but we’ve got you covered with free guest Wi-Fi at the venue (Saratoga Springs Guests). To ensure a smooth arrival, we highly recommend downloading offline maps before you head out!
Having you all here with us is the greatest gift! Since we already have all the gear we need, we’re skipping the registry (and potentially a third set of frying pans...) We've decided to keep our guest list smaller to ensure an intimate celebration with our loved ones. Due to the limited capacity of our ceremony site, we can only accommodate those specifically named on your RSVP. We can’t wait to celebrate with our closest friends and family!
