Black Tie Optional. We would love to see you dressed in your best! Suits and long dresses are preferred, but not required. Cocktail hour will take place partially on grass as weather permits, so please keep this in mind when choosing your shoes. The weather by Lake Erie is typically 55-70 degrees with light winds, if you get chilly you may want a wrap for cocktail hour.
We can only accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one it will appear on your invite. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest family and friends.
Please RSVP no later than September 4th once your formal invitation is received. You can RSVP by clicking the tab in the menu above. Please choose your meal option and list any dietary restrictions you may have. Please note - if you do not RSVP by this date, unfortunately we will be unable to accommodate you.
There will be some down time between the ceremony and the cocktail reception. The church is about 23-30 min from the hotels or CIC. If you are staying overnight you might use this time to check-in to your hotel (if you haven't done so) and perhaps take a drive around the area to enjoy the lake and some of our favorite stops. All guests are invited to the Catawba Island Club (CIC) for cocktail hour at 5:30 PM, which will be held outside by the lake (weather permitting) adjacent to the Pavilion. Dinner and dancing to follow inside the Pavilion.
All guests must park at the Catawba Island Club pickleball courts - there will be signage. A continuous shuttle will take guests from the courts directly to the reception area (and back again after the reception).
