You've Got Questions — We've Got Answers! If you have any questions other than what we've listed here, please reach out to us at 352-209-4085
Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the venue at least 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins. This allows ample time for seating before the processional starts.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested. For gentlemen, suits or tuxedos are appropriate. Ladies may wear cocktail dresses, evening gowns, or formal separates.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes, self-parking will be available on-site. Attendants will direct guests upon arrival.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. A professional photographer will capture every moment, and we look forward to sharing those images with you.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this is an adults-only celebration. We appreciate your understanding.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guests name is listed on your formal invitation and when you rsvp, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors. One of the reasons we fell in love with our venue is the breathtaking outdoor scenery. We'll be saying our vows beneath the majestic oak trees in the wedding garden. The reception to follow will be indoors.

Question

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please indicate any dietary needs when you RSVP. Our caterers will be happy to accommodate you.

Question

What time will the reception end?

Answer

Festivities are scheduled to conclude at approximately 10:00 PM.

Question

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you rsvp'd and can no longer attend our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
