There is no special attire. Guests can wear the same outfit as what you are wearing for the Wedding Ceremony. Some people may choose to have a separate outfit for the Tea Ceremony. Its a personal choice on what you'd like to do :).
There will be a light lunch following the Tea Ceremony.
