Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

UPDATE: The RSVP deadline was August 1st and the form has closed. If you did not rsvp by the deadline, we cannot accommodate you at the ceremony and reception. *If you rsvp'ed yes and can no longer attend please contact the bride or groom immediately*

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, cocktail attire. Early September is still warm and the ceremony will be outside over a waterfront deck. The reception will be inside an air conditioned ballroom right off the deck.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests may enter the venue at 5:30pm. Please be seated for the ceremony by 5:50pm as we will begin promptly at 6:00pm.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Invitations to Taylor and Joel's wedding are specifically for those addressed on the envelope. No plus ones -No exceptions.

Are children allowed?

Answer

The bride and groom love your kids, truly! But they want their big day to be your night off. They appreciate you making accommodations for child care so you can enjoy the evening.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony and reception will be held at the same venue where there is ample free parking.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Yes, the entire venue is wheelchair accessible.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

We do not have a hotel block at any particular hotels. We recommend the hotels listed under the "Accommodations" tab of the website but there are many other options in the area to fit each guests price range.

Will there be special diet options?

Answer

Yes. When you fill out your information under the RSVP tab, please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions (gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, etc).

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

The bride and groom will miss you dearly! But they understand if you cannot make it. Please RSVP "No" as soon as possible so Taylor and Joel can plan accordingly.

Will there be a virtual stream of the wedding?

Answer

Yes, there will be a live stream at www.partystreamers.com/nichols-scott. We encourage all guests who cannot attend in person to join us virtually!

Question

Can I take video/pictures and post them on social media?

Answer

To prevent interference with the live streaming equipment, no phones may be used for photos and video during the ceremony. However, you may take as many photos and videos as you would like after the ceremony and share them using the hashtag #TayloredForScott so the bride and groom can find your posts later!
