We would love to extend an invitation to all guests to attend the welcome party on June 19 at Brittland Estates. This will give us an opportunity to spend more time with everyone. The event is BYOB, please plan accordingly!
Please RSVP by April 20, 2026 to give our vendors plenty of time to make adjustments. If you are unable to attend, we would like to know as soon as possible and you will be missed. RSVP's received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will need to give our vendors plenty of notice.
Hotel accommodations are listed under travel. If you are booking through the Comfort Inn, reservations through our room block are limited, so please book as soon as possible. We have listed a few other accommodations including some Bed & Breakfast options. If you are booking for a larger group, there are some AirBnB options in the area that may be your best options.
Yes, we would like to create an elegant look for our friends and family. Our dress code is cocktail attire. For our ladies this means knee-length, tea-length, or midi dress. For our men we would like to see your best suit and tie. We can't wait to see you all dressed up!
The wedding is an adults-only event with the exception of select kids. If your child(ren) are not listed on your invitation, please make prior arrangements for them and enjoy a date night with us!
Our wedding will be intimate and enjoyed with our closest family and friends. At this time, we are not extending plus ones. If your partner is invited, their name is included on your invitation.
Please plan to arrive at the ceremony 30-60 minutes prior to the time listed. If you are driving yourself, you should plan to walk down to the ceremony by the river or wait to be escorted by the golf cart. This is about a 5 minute walk. If you are taking the transportation from the hotel please arrive promptly in the lobby. As long as we have a lovely day, the bus will drop you at the ceremony site.
There will be parking, please follow suit with cars parked in the grass on the way into the venue. From here you can expect to walk down to the river for the ceremony. There will be signs. If you are unable to walk, please stand by for the golf cart to pick you up.
Transportation to/from the Comfort Inn will be provided. Please be prepared for the shuttle to leave by 3:15 to arrive at the ceremony. Hoping for the sunniest of days, the shuttle should drop the group off at the ceremony site at the river, however in the case of in climate weather, expect to walk to the river. If you need assistance, please wait for the golf carts to pick you up.
