It all started the summer before junior year, when two teenagers had no idea what was ahead. Lucas and Kendall first met at Gary Caven Park during a Turkey Bowl practice, Lucas was the coach, Kendall a player. From the very first day, something just felt different. After only one hangout, it clicked. That summer evening, sitting side by side on a swing, it felt easy. It felt right. Even then, they both knew it was something special. Being high school sweethearts wasn’t always easy, but through every challenge they chose each other and grew together. After graduation, they both stayed close to home at Indiana University Southeast, where Kendall earned her degree in Sales & Marketing and Lucas in Business Economics & Marketing. Together they’ve built a life filled with love, laughter, and THREE wild pups, Roselee, Jaylee Millee. Rooted in Floyd County, they’re excited to start a family and keep building their forever.
