When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by September 25th so we can finalize seating and headcounts.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:30 pm - 4:45 pm to allow time for parking and seating. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels?

Answer

Yes! The Cescaphe Trolley will be transporting guests to & from the wedding venue. More information on exact time(s) will be available soon in the 'Travel' section. If you choose to stay at another hotel, please note that you will need coordinate your own transportation.

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Yes! There will be complimentary on-site valet parking.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal attire, think suits and cocktail or floor-length dresses.

Are the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are in the same location; however, they are in different areas of the venue. The ceremony is outdoors, but it will be covered. Please dress accordingly, like bringing a light jacket or wrap. Cocktail hour is indoors with outdoor access and the reception will be in a climate-controlled tent.

I have a food allergy/dietary restriction, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Guests will choose from our selected menu tableside and can mention any allergies/dietary restrictions.
