We ask that all our guests RSVP via the RSVP card that was included in the invitation and return it by December 15, 2025.
Our Wedding Ceremony will be held promptly at 7pm in the Watermill Caterers Indoor Chapel.
Yes
We will not be able to provide transportation for our Wedding Guests throughout the wedding weekend. Our ceremony, cocktails and reception are being held at one location, Watermill Caterers, in hopes it would make it easier for those concerned about traveling.
If you miss the deadline for securing a hotel room from the wedding block or if there are no rooms left then please still mention to the hotel that you are here for The Schaaff Wedding anyway - they may be able to accommodate you with our discount in a room outside of our block.
We are asking all guests to wear their best formal attire.
We are not allowing additional plus ones to our wedding, as we’d like to keep our guest list intimate and to celebrate with everyone we know and love.
While we love all the kids in our lives, we hope you will understand our request to take a night off and come celebrate with us at our adults-only reception immediately following the ceremony.
We’ll be serving hors d’oeurves at cocktail hour followed by a sit down dinner with a choice of entree. There will be a vegetarian option.
Our wedding has an open bar! It will also be heavily photographed so any shenanigans will be documented and thoroughly mocked for YEARS to come so please be prepared!
Like most couples who have known each other for a while, we’re surrounded by all the household treasures anyone could ever want or need. No gifts are ever required, but if you’d like to give a gift, something towards our honeymoon fund would make our day.
We already have a Photographer and Videographer capturing the night for us so we kindly ask that you keep our ceremony “unplugged” and enjoy the moment with us.
Yes! Please do and share it with the couple too! Please use the hashtag #theschaaffswedding so the couple can find it on all platforms!
