Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request that guests follow a black-tie dress code for the evening. For gentlemen a tuxedo is optional, and a dark suit with a tie is acceptable. For ladies floor-length gowns are encouraged. We request that you please avoid wearing white/ivory. Use our wedding as an excuse to have a dressed-up date night!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, please utilize the complimentary valet service at the entrance of the clubhouse.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered on Amazon, Target, and Crate & Barrel. See "registry" tab for more information.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive for the ceremony no later than 4:15pm so all guests may be seated, as the ceremony will start promptly at 4:30pm. The ceremony will be outdoors on the south terrace.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a room block reserved at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott nearby. Please see the "Hotel" section of the website for details and to book a room with our link.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttle service will be provided from SpringHill Suites to the ceremony. A shuttle will also run at the end of the night to return to the hotel. If you are staying at the hotel more information will be provided at check-in.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please have all RSVP's submitted by September 4th with your meal selection to allow us to coordinate with our vendors.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate if you have a designated plus one. If so, please include your guest's name and meal selection with your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Please include any allergies or dietary restrictions with your meal selection when you RSVP. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
