Question

When do we RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by the 1st of March 2025 to allows us to notify our venue and catering services.

Question

What time will the bus collect us from Broadbeach?

Answer

The Bus will collect all guests who have notified us that they will be catching the bus at 1pm. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to this time and have your name ticked off by Jason (Kate's step father).

Question

Where will the bus collect us?

Answer

The bus is unable to enter the Meriton Broadbeach. Therefore, the bus will collect guests at the loading zone across the road from the police station (See Map on the travel note - travel page)

Question

What time will the bus leave the venue and return to Broadbeach?

Answer

The bus will return and collect guests at 10pm, returning back to the Meriton Broadbeach.

Question

What other transport options are there?

Answer

Due to Cowbell Creek being located in the Gold Coast Hinterland it is extremely unlikely that there will be any Uber or Taxi services available on the night. You will need to either catch the bus to and from Broadbeach or drive your own vehicle on the night. If you are driving your own car, please let us know so we can let the venue know all cars entering the premises. If you choose to leave your vehicle overnight, you will need to collect by 9am the following day.

Question

Can we bring our child/children?

Answer

We love your little ones, but for our wedding day, we’ve decided to make it an adults-only celebration. This will give everyone a chance to relax and enjoy the evening. We hope this advance notice helps with your planning, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

I have dietary requirements, how do I let you know this?

Answer

Please contact Kate on 0431962367 to let her know of any dietary requirements.

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Our venue has wheelchair accessible toilets, with the ceremony and venue on one level. The bus can drive elderly or injured guests to the lower level, otherwise the venue has airconditioned buggies to transport those who require support.

Question

What is the dresscode?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi formal. We ask all guests dress up for the occasion, therefore no thongs, shorts or casual attire. Out of respect we ask ladies not to wear white and to avoid wearing our colour scheme of sage green.
