Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. Please no jeans, t-shirts, etc.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one or child invite, it will appear on your invitation and RSVP page. We want to keep our wedding intimate with our closest friends and family.

Is there parking on site?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking on site at the venue. We want to keep all our friends and family as safe as possible. If you drive to the venue and are planning on drinking, you are able to leave your vehicle at the venue until no later than 11:30am the next morning.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

There will be an evening shuttle from the venue back to the hotel running from 9pm-11pm. There will not be a shuttle provided on the front end of the evening, so please plan and carpool accordingly. Parking is allowed at the venue overnight until no later than 11:30am the next morning if needed.

What if I stay at a different hotel?

Answer

You can stay wherever you'd like! Please keep in mind that the PM shuttle service will only be transporting guests from Lilac Acres to the Hampton Inn listed on our website.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm, so please arrive early enough to find a seat before the ceremony barn doors close. Ceremony music will begin at 3:30pm, so feel free to come as early as you'd like to socialize before the ceremony begins.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking photos around the venue for about an hour. Guests can enjoy cocktail hour with drinks and snacks before dinner begins. The ceremony and reception will both be at the same location.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than June 1, 2024. Earlier is always appreciated! You can RSVP by clicking the RSVP tab in the website menu or by scanning the QR code provided in your wedding invitation.

Do I need to select a meal choice?

Answer

No need, our dinner will be buffet style. We will have both a beef and a chicken option for main entrees. We will also have salad and pasta salad options. If you have any special allergies or dietary needs, please reach out to Kate (contact info listed at the top of this page).
