What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire is requested for both the ceremony and reception. Please note that the ceremony will take place outdoors on a grassy area, so we recommend opting for thicker block heels or dressy flats to keep you comfortable.

How should I get there?

Answer

Valet parking will be available at the venue for your convenience, so feel free to drive and let the valet take care of the rest. If you'd prefer not to drive, Uber and Lyft are also great options for getting to and from the venue with ease.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Upon arrival, you’ll be directed to the designated parking area, where a golf cart shuttle will take you down to the front entrance of the venue. To ensure you have plenty of time to park, ride the shuttle, and get settled before the ceremony starts, we kindly recommend arriving by 4:00 PM. We can’t wait to see you there!

Can I bring a plus one?

We’re so excited to celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends. Due to space limitations, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be clearly indicated. We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, and we appreciate your understanding and support as we keep our guest list intimate.

What accommodations are available for out-of-town guests?

We understand that many of our guests will be traveling from out of town to join us for our special day. To ensure your comfort, we've arranged a room block at the Alamite hotel. You can find more information on accommodations, including a booking code and special rate, on our website's "Accommodations" page. Additional recommended hotels are also listed in this area. Feel free to reach out if you need further assistance or recommendations!

Will transportation be provided to and from the wedding venue?

Transportation details will vary depending on the location of our venue and the preferences of our guests. We're currently exploring options for shuttle services or coordinating rideshare groups for your convenience. More information about transportation arrangements will be shared closer to the wedding date, so please stay tuned for updates on our website.

Can I take photographs during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony.
