Please be seated no later than 4:15pm.

We have a room block at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Clifton Park. Find more information under the travel tab at the top of the page.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

We will have a shuttle run immediately proceeding the reception to The Homewood Suites by Hilton in Clifton Park at 10pm.

Is parking available at the venue, and can we leave our cars overnight?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available at the venue, and guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight.
