Who are the Salvaggios?

Answer

Us! Evan will take his step-father's last name, Salvaggio, and we will become Mr. and Mrs. Salvaggio.

Is the wedding really on a Monday?

Answer

Yes it is! We thought long and hard about when to have our wedding. We took into account cost, time of year, and the holidays. We chose this particular Monday because the next day (Tuesday) is Veteran's Day, and hoped that many of our guests would have that day off. We understand that attending a wedding on a Monday will require extra planning for our guests, and we truly appreciate every single one of our family and friends who can make it happen.

Do I get a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space and our desire for a more intimate wedding experience, we are not able to accommodate plus ones for all of our guests. Plus ones will be designated on your invitation.

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, however we are unable to accommodate them all. Please use this night as an opportunity to hang out with other adults! Invited guests under 18 will be specifically listed on your invitation.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would love for our guests to dress up with us! We recommend semi-formal attire for our guests. The wedding ceremony and reception are primarily outside, and walking on gravel or grass may be required. We respectfully ask that you do not wear colors typically reserved for brides, such as white, cream, or ivory. No jeans please!

Where should I stay?

Answer

The wedding venue, Congaree and Penn, is located in Northwest Jacksonville. For those unfamiliar with Jacksonville and it's size, we recommend the Riverside, Avondale, San Marco and Downtown neighborhoods for our guests.
