What is the dress code?

Answer

New Year's Eve Formal Attire - We invite our guests to dress in elegant evening attire to celebrate the night. Women: Consider wearing floor-length gowns Men: Tuxedos or dark suits are encouraged Feel free to embrace classic New Year’s Eve styles, including black, silver, and gold tones. Timeless designs and a touch of sparkle are also welcome as we ring in the New Year together!

Is there a gap between the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes. Guests are encouraged to use this time to either check into the Allegria hotel or hangout at the hotel bar. Shuttle services will be provided from the hotel to the reception.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes. Transportation to and from Allegria hotel to Bayview on the water. Shuttles will be available following the reception, as well as following the after-party for those that want to continue the fun!

What time and where should we catch the shuttle to the reception?

Answer

To arrive at the reception timely, please meet in the hotel lobby on the ground floor at 6:15 PM as the first round of shuttles will leave the hotel at 6:30 PM.

Will there be an after-party?

Answer

Yes! A two-hour yacht cruise immediately following the reception will set sail at 1 AM. The yacht will be docked in the back of Bayview and will take a stroll through the harbor (weather permitting). Food, drink and a DJ will be onboard!

Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have a hotel block reserved at the Allegria Hotel. You can either call to book and mention the Salmon/Kruse Wedding Block or book online using the group code 2612SKRU. For more details, please visit the Travel section of this site.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Although we would love to celebrate with everyone, our wedding will be an adult celebration with the exception of children in our immediate family.

When should we arrive at the church?

Answer

15-30 minutes before the official Ceremony time is encouraged.

Is there parking at Bayview on the Water?

Answer

Yes, there will be valet parking services throughout the evening.
