What to expect

Updated 5/24/21: Alameda County is currently in the Orange Tier. Our wedding is operating as a Private Event/Restaurant. We are able to have an outdoor ceremony and have outdoor dining. Cocktail hour is permitted but must be social distanced with masks. Dinner will be buffet style. Group dancing / open dancing is permitted but must be socially distanced with masks.

What about Masks?

Answer

Masks are currently required for this outdoor event, until further notice by Alameda County and Wente Vineyard Events. If this changes at any time we will update it here.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes; if not, this invitation is just for you. With current guidelines the guest list is restricted.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do! But we want our wedding to be your night off! No kids.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There will be a Gluten Free, Dairy Free and Vegan options. Please let us know if you have any additional concerns.

What are the alcohol options?

Answer

There will be wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages. It's all on us! No need to pack your flask!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is plenty of parking for everyone! The ceremony and reception are at the same venue. Cars can stay parked overnight but must be moved before 10am the next morning.

What time does the Ceremony start?

Answer

Feel free to arrive as early as 4:30pm to take a seat. The ceremony starts at 5pm.

What do I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, floral prints, suits, jackets and slacks. Masks required at this time until further notice by Alameda County and Wente Vineyards.
