FAQs

Question

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 4:00 pm and 4:15 pm to allow for time to mingle and be seated by 4:25pm.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are asking guests to dress smart casual. This means girls, a nice summer midi or maxi dress or a skirt and shirt combo is appropriate! Men, a button down or polo with slacks, dress pants, or a darker wash jean is appropriate! Girls, be mindful the ceremony spot is in a wooded area, so we recommend shoes that have a chunkier heel.

Question

What should I not wear?

Answer

We hope you see this day as an opportunity to dress up with us! Please no sneakers, white/cream dresses, or red.

Question

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking right next to the venue.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to very limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will be specified on your invitation!

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love all of the little ones in the family, however we have decided to keep our reception an adult only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Question

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you’d like! We kindly ask that the first 2 rows are kept open for the wedding party and immediate family. For the reception, we will carefully be arranging tables so our guests can sit with people they know. A formal seating chart will be on display, as well as name cards at your specified tables.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we kindly request all guests are present with us during our ceremony and refrain from using their cell phones, cameras, or any other electronic. We hired amazing professionals to capture our day. Once the reception begins, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like!

Question

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Answer

Unfortunately the ceremony spot in the woods is not wheelchair accessible. The reception spot is right off of the entrance road and is wheelchair accessible.

Question

What if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be deeply missed! We ask that if you are not able to attend, you let us know as soon as possible as we are required to have a final head count for our vendors. If you already RSVP attending and can no longer attend, please let us know as soon as possible as well.
