We went to school together for years but somehow never really talked—until sophomore year when we both ended up at the same pool party for a friend’s birthday. That’s where it all finally clicked! We joked around the whole time and shared tons of laughs. Not long after, Gunner asked his friend for my number and sent the first text. The rest is history 🤍

This day is the day we added another to our family. We added our dog, Bunny. Although she’s not a human child, she has taught us so much about patience (especially with her horrible separation anxiety in the beginning) and unconditional love. No matter if we have rough days at work or we’re just gone for three minutes out the door, she is always so excited to greet us when we come home. This outlook that she has, has taught us to treat each other with unconditional love. No matter if we have a rough days or good days, to treat each day and each time we see each other with excitement and love.
