First, we want to thank everyone that has supported us during this exciting and joyous wedding phase—we are eternally grateful for the support and love we’ve been shown. As we navigate through this planning we have decided collectively to have an intimate ceremony with limited guests. Our celebration is about love, particularly between two women and we understand how some family may have different views—and that’s okay. However, we respectfully ask those that are willing to attend to RSVP with the intentions of love, support and the availability to travel to this joyous occasion as it will be in Austin. We met the way many millennials do—online, through Hinge. Our first conversations were delightfully unconventional: debating the future of AI, predicting its inevitable takeover (seriously, it’s coming), and passionately ranking our favorite vampire movies. Naturally, I—Ashley—decided to ask her out. As always, I dressed to impress… but the date didn’t go quite as planned—she stood me up. Still, I chose grace over grudges and gave it another shot. Since then, we’ve grown together in ways I never imagined. We’ve faced challenges, celebrated wins, and most importantly, created a space where we can be our most honest, authentic selves—free of judgment and full of love. Now, here we are—getting married! We’re so excited to begin this next chapter and couldn’t be happier to have you be a part of our love story.
