When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 1, 2024 to ensure that we have an accurate headcount. This can be done on the RSVP section of our website.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes early. The ceremony will promptly begin at 2pm at St. Columba. Late arrivals will have to wait until the ceremony is over.

Can I take pictures/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

Out of respect for the church, please refrain from using your phone during our ceremony. We are having an UNPLUGGED ceremony. There will be photographers and videographers capturing our ceremony for us. After the ceremony is over you may take as many pictures and videos as you would like!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. Ladies… please no white!

Where are we registered?

Answer

We have our registry linked to Zola in the Registry section. We also have a registry through Amazon, which is also linked to Zola. If purchasing a gift from Amazon, please be sure to purchase it directly from our Amazon registry link, then come back to Zola and mark it as purchased. By purchasing it through the registry on Amazon, it will mark at purchased on both Amazon and Zola to ensure there are no duplicate purchases. Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony: there is a parking lot at St. Columba located behind the church. Reception: there will be valet parking at West Hills Country Club. Both hotels have parking as well.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We have a firm guest list to stay on budget to ensure that we are surrounded by our family & friends on our special day. Therefore, please keep guests limited to those included on your RSVP. Those not included on your invitation will not be accommodated.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have hotel blocks at the Residence Inn by Marriott Middletown Goshen and at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Middletown. Please see the “Hotel Recommendations” section for more information on booking.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be transportation provided to and from the hotels and West Hills Country Club before and after our reception. See “Hotel Recommendations” section for more details. There will be no transportation provided to and from the church.
