Best Western Inn & Suites Rutland-Killington

Rooms and suites available under our wedding block and are on a first come first serve basis. Guests MUST CALL and mention “Ruggiero-Bowman” wedding to get our wedding rate. Please book ASAP since the hotel has the right to require a 2-day stay as we get closer since September is part of their busy season. Currently there is no minimum nights stay required so this is a good option for guests only planning to come up for Saturday. Transportation Information: Transportation to and from the venue for guests staying off the resort property is only being offered to those staying at the Best Western Inn. Times: TO Venue - Pick-up times are: 3:15 PM & 3:45 PM to be seated for the 4:30 PM ceremony. There are only 45 seats per pick-up so if you are able to make the 3:15 shuttle please do so to make room for those needing the 3:45 pick-up. FROM Venue - Pick-up times are 10:35 PM and 11:20 PM.

There is limited onsite availability and all accommodations are on a first come first serve basis. We have Cabin C and Cabin D reserved and open to those interested. These are on a first come first serve basis. Please call ASAP if interested and to see other available on-site options. NOTE: Resort accommodations require a two night stay if including a Saturday.

Mountain Top Inn Shuttle

The Mountain Top Inn is a large property and shuttles will be running from the Mountain Top Inn property throughout the event to bring guests to and from the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and after party. Shuttle begins at 4:00pm and ends at 3:00am

This is a bed & breakfast option and on a first come first serve basis. Please call ASAP to reserve a room. There is no transportation being offered from Fox Creek Inn.
