The Stanley Hotel is a beautiful hotel on the top of the hill overlooking all of Estes Park with panoramic views. It's also known to be haunted and famously the home of the movie the Shining. They have magic shows, ghost tours, whiskey tastings, a chocolate factory, and a couple restaurants.
Our favorite winter activity. There are tons of resorts to visit: Eldora is closest to Estes Park - about an hour away. Other mountains like Winter Park, Copper, A-basin, Breckenridge, Aspen, Vail are more like 3 hours away. If you want to go to those mountains, it's probably worth getting a place to stay up there. If you want to ski you'll have to bring/rent gear so keep that in mind!
Bowling, arcade, food and drinks! You may want to reserve a lane -> https://www.estesparkbowl.com/book-a-lane.

The best gear shop in town. You can rent snowshoes or skiis, or pick up some great deals on warm weather gear.
