Ceremony: 3:00PM - 3:30PM Cocktail Hour: 3:30PM - 5:00PM Dinner: 5:00PM-6:30PM Dancing: 6:30PM - 10:00PM After Party: 10:15PM - N/A

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

The ceremony will begin punctually at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, please arrive no later than 2:50pm

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE VENUE?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle running from The Earl in Downtown Charlevoix to Castle Farms before the ceremony from 2:00pm - 2:45pm. There will also be a shuttle running from Castle Farms to The Earl in Downtown Charlevoix following the reception from 9:15pm - 10:30pm.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR YOUR WEDDING?

Answer

Formal attire. We request that you wear formal attire that is comfortable and neat. This include suits for men and long, mid-length, and tea-length dresses for women. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside - weather permitting, so please dress accordingly.

Yes! The drinks are on us, get ready to celebrate!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony (no phones or cameras). We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and the greatest gift you can give us is to be fully present. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you wish!

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

Answer

We love your children, however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

IS THERE AN AFTER PARTY?

Answer

Yes! Nothing formal, but if you’d like to continue the celebration with us, we’ll be heading to a local spot in downtown Charlevoix following the reception. Cheers!
