Reservations can be made by phone through the Loews Reservations Center at 888-575-6397 if you mention the wedding and provide the event code below or online through the dedicated booking website link provided. Guests must identify themselves as part of the group when reserving. The hotel’s room block release date is Thursday, July 23, 2026, after which any unreserved rooms will no longer be available for discounted rate. Overnight valet parking is currently $49.00 per night plus 22.5% tax. Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM, with efforts made to accommodate early arrivals, offer preparation spaces if rooms are not ready, and provide luggage storage as needed.
