Will this be an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

The wedding will be outdoors however a permanent tent will be covering the tables and dance floor.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

The food at our wedding will have multiple offerings that include but are not limited to gluten-free and vegan options.

Are children welcome at the wedding?

Answer

No, our wedding is adults only.

Will there be a shuttle service?

Answer

Yes! We will have a 20 person capacity van that will leave the Hilton Garden Inn at 3:15 pm on a first come first serve basis. It will run once to the venue and then run two return trips at 9:00pm and 10:10 pm to allow for a safe return to the hotel.

Will there be a cash bar?

Answer

We will have an open bar during the reception.

When do I have to make a hotel reservation by?

Answer

Our room block is guaranteed for a fixed rate up until September 4th, 2025.
