Cierra (CC) and Devon met in 7th grade and have been friends ever since. Almost all of Devon's fondest memories from growing up involve CC. Devon loves CC's ability to make anyone laugh with the most random, well timed joke or funny saying.

Troy and Lucas met in the freshmen dorms their first week at college and have been inseparable ever since. Lucas loves Troy’s “down for anything” mentality, unshakable sense of humor, and his ability to sing any 80’s rock song on command. Lucas has never lost a push-up competition to Troy.

Kali & Devon met in a college chat room before their freshman year (creepy as it sounds). Perfect timing brought them both back to live in Chicago at the very same time in 2017. Devon loves how sweet, caring, and kind Kali is -- she's always been a reliable friend.

Steve and Lucas met in 5th grade and grew closer in college. Steve has since become Lucas’ unofficial mentor for all things related to fitness and/or Chicago nightlife. Lucas admires Steve’s selfless heart, his relentless drive, and his ability to get an entire room of strangers cracking up in a matter of minutes.

Christina & Devon were introduced through mutual friends and instantly bonded and loved having fun together. Devon loves how high-quality of a friend Christina is. She will do anything for the people she loves and has the biggest heart.

Rocky and Lucas met through mutual friends while attending a festival the summer of 2016. Lucas loves Rocky’s infectious personality, shared love of music, and his incredible ability to absolutely nail any Halloween costume.

Holly & Devon met while working at a local bar in St. Louis - quickly becoming inseparable, unofficial roommates. Devon loves how fun & outgoing Holly is (she's truly the life of the party). She can make friends with anyone, anywhere, anytime.

Lucas was introduced to Brice by Aaron Miers (also a groomsman) in elementary school. In high school Lucas and Brice ran track together, setting school records and winning city titles. Lucas loves Brice’s curious mind, competitive spirit, and authenticity.

Lindsey & Devon met when Lucas finally introduced his sister to his girlfriend (after a very long day at Indy 500 Snake Pit). Devon loves Lindsey's firecracker personality and very intense Uno competitiveness that fuels every Roscoe family gathering.

Lucas and Jesse have known each other since they were 8 years old and are closer to being brothers than just close friends. They spent most of their childhood finding new ways to get into trouble… usually involving fireworks or a BB gun. Lucas loves Jesse’s humor and positive outlook on life.

Megan & Devon have been friends since Megan moved to Iowa in middle school. Devon loves how Megan can make her laugh harder than anyone with her very hilarious quirks and fun-loving personality. Megan is always down to have a good time and do something adventurous.

Lucas and Sam met in 2013 at their summer jobs working for the city of Elkhart. That year they spent nearly every day kayaking, swimming, or drinking next to a bonfire and have remained just as close over the next decade. Lucas loves Sam’s explosive laughter, permanent smile, and caring personality.

Katie & Devon met at JP Fields in St. Louis when Katie would moonlight as a 'door guy' on busy weekends. They became roommates and co-workers spending almost all their time together working, living, and going out in Clayton. Devon loves how supportive and loyal of a friend Katie has always been (especially when Devon decided to move to Indy to be closer to Lucas).

Lucas and Aaron have been close friends since meeting on the playground during recess in 4th grade. In high school, they were both teammates on the track team and members of the competitive Robotics Club. Lucas loves Aaron’s sense of adventure and loyalty.

Lucas and Stu were introduced in 2016 by a mutual friend who thought they might get along well. That friend was correct. Whether it be related to sports teams, fitness, or drinking a few beers… Lucas and Stu always find some way to turn any activity into a friendly competition.

At GVSU, Lucas and Joe were teammates on the Track and Cross Country teams as well as roommates. Joe and Lucas spent nearly every day in college together, usually staying out late for a house party and then waking up at the crack of dawn for 15 mile runs. Lucas loves Joe’s kindness and his humor.

Since meeting in 2016, Devon and Lucas have grown very close to Max and his wife Michelle. They’ve enjoyed many trips together including Amsterdam, Munich, Door County, Colorado, and more. Devon and Lucas view Max as a brother and could not be more honored to have him as the officiant on their wedding day.
