Emma and Alex first met in college at Northern Michigan University. They would hang out with their dorm roommates from time to time before they started dating. Fast forward to their first date, where they got ice cream at Dairy Queen and then went to Menards. They ended up on a display porch swing and talked until the store closed. You are probably wondering how they ended up there. Well, in all honesty, they are not sure either. As crazy as it is, it is a memory they will never forget. One of their first memories together was hiking to the top of Sugarloaf Mountain with some friends, and they kept exchanging glances with one another. The rest, as they say, is history. From there on Emma and Alex were inseparable, sharing a love for nature, traveling, and solitude. The proposal happened in that same spot on Sugarloaf Mountain on March 3rd, 2024. They always called it "their spot" as they visited it often. It was the place where they could talk openly and honestly about the good and the bad. During those moments, they truly got to know one another, and that is where they fell in love. They are both so grateful to you, family and friends, for your love and support. They can't wait to celebrate their wedding with you soon!
