How can I get information regarding the wedding details?

Answer

Save The Date’s will be digitally sent to your number listed under your contact information we have. It will inform you of the official wedding date and allow you to explore the wedding website where all the information regarding and leading up to our special day will be. Don’t forget to check out our amazing Engagement Photoshoot over in the Gallery! Formal invitations to follow via mail.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Due to us having to provide the venue and their vendors the exact guest count by a certain date. We will not be able to share our special day with you if you RSVP past the deadline date listed below. We would love to see you at attendance so please be sure to RSVP once you receive your formal invitation! RSVP deadline: May 16th, 2025!

What if I can’t make the celebration?

Answer

Even though your presence will surely be missed, please RSVP as “Will Not Attend”. If you have already informed us that you will be attending and sadly cannot make the celebration anymore, please update the website or give myself or Quinn a call. This will truly be appreciated!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We would love to Thank You in advance for taking the time out of your day and traveling the distance to spend our special day with us. Please look under Travel for all hotel information regarding lodging.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

First let us just say that we love all our friends and family’s children, but due to limited space we are not eligible to accommodate our guest immediate families or anyone under the age of 21. The only children allowed are those of the Wedding Party and the immediate families of the Bride and Groom. Please take this time of celebration to enjoy yourselves as if it was Date Night and to congratulate the Newlyweds!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to the venue having limited space and this being a complete private and intimate moment for the Bride and Groom, we are only able to accommodate those that are specifically listed with your name on the invitation you will receive. If your invitation includes a Plus One, we happily welcome them to come along with you to share our special day with.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see all our friends and family get dressed up with us! We are requesting that you come in Semi Formal attire please.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00PM CST! The gates will be opening up at 4:15PM CST and we ask that you arrive at your earliest convenience so that you will have enough time to find parking, settle in, and enjoy the scenery before the festivities begin! Please be on time for the gates will be closing 5 minutes before the ceremony proceed. If you do happen to run late, you will not be able to join the remaining guests until Cocktail Hour which is still at Villa Aletta right after the ceremony.

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

We are having an outside ceremony with program fans to help with the heat and highly recommend that you bring shades! Afterwards, the reception will take place indoor with plenty of air conditioning.

Can I take photos or videos at your wedding?

Answer

To ensure our professional photographers can capture the best shots of our special day, we kindly ask that the guests refrain from taking photos or videos and place their cellphones on silence during the ceremony (Unplugged Ceremony). However, we welcome you to snap photos and videos during Cocktail Hour and the Reception. Please share them with us afterwards! We would love to see all the fun we missed out on during the celebration.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the Wedding Party will take pictures for about an hour. Cocktail Hour will take effect during this time, so we ask that all guests find their seating and mingle with our new in-laws and close friends. Don’t forget to stop by the Open Bar for a refresher and grab a snack from the Snack Bar!

What time will your wedding reception end?

Answer

Our wedding reception is scheduled to conclude at 11:00PM CST. We hope that you can join us for the entire celebration!

Are outside beverages allowed?

Answer

Please refrain from bringing your own alcohol to the venue! There will be a $500.00 fee charged if anyone does on the Bride and Groom! We love you guys so much that the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you with our “OPEN BAR". If you aren't a drinker, that's okay too. We will also have non-alcoholic beverages for you.

What if I get too intoxicated to drive?

Answer

We care about our friends and family well-being, so we prefer you to take a Lyft or Uber to your hotel or Airbnb. Especially if you feel that you are unable to drive yourself! You are also allowed to leave your parked vehicle overnight at the venue until 12PM CST of the following day. *We Encourage Everyone to Drink Responsibly!

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

You are allowed to smoke your nicotine products outside on the front deck or the back of the venue, but not in the parking lot.
