We’re getting married!

Almost four months after we had received our custom made engagement ring we had designed together, the time had come but, of course, not without an eventful day. On July 10th, 2018, we were making our way from Los Angeles to Cassville, Missouri to visit Dustin's family. Five hour flight? Check! Only carry-on bags? Got it! Car rental? Well...they lost our reservation and we had to wait 3 hours until they had a car available for us. After a five hour flight, additional three hours stuck at the airport, and almost two hour car ride - we had finally made it to the town's only AirBnb. As Mallori was exploring the far end of the loft, she turned the corner with Dustin on bended knee with our beautifully designed engagement ring in hand. Mallori quickly questioned in an annoyed tone "Why are you stretching so weird?" as she made her way to the bed and laid down. Dustin still in the same position said, "UHHH MAL!" After realizing what was happening, Mallori quickly jumped up and ran over to him. And that is probably the best and only way our proposal could have happened.
