We met through mutual friends in High school. We saw one another a lot in passing, whether it was the mall, work , or a social gathering. Although there wasn't much conversation between us outside of social media, we were still destined to unite. One day Edwin decided to message me privately on snapchat! He randomly asked me out on a date to the movies. From that day on we have become inseparable, best friends and soon husband & wife.

A week before the proposal, Edwin asked if I would like to attend a gathering for his job at the Botanical Garden., Of course I agreed and thought nothing of it. When the day came, I felt so lazy and tired, I barely wanted to get dressed! When we got there, he walked me around to the back where there was a pond and beautiful scenery. As soon as we turned the corner, some of our close family and friends walked out holding a banner that read "Ashley Will You Marry Me?"! . That was truly one of the best days of my life!
