It was the summer of 2010 in Riverside, CA. Aya had traveled all the way from Maryland to lend her talents to music ministry for the annual national CFC Youth conference. Glenn, a jack-of-all-trades, was helping out in other areas for the conference as well. They met, albeit briefly, and exchanged nothing more than a couple of quick hellos. Over the next few years, they didn't keep in touch much besides the occasional "like" or "comment" on Facebook/IG. But it seemed that an invisible string had weaved a connection between them all along.. one that went beyond time zones and timelines. Fast forward to 2017: Aya's dream of moving to the West Coast had become a reality. With nothing more than a few dollars to her name, she felt an inexplicable calling to bravely set out on this new adventure on her own! By the grace of God, Glenn and Aya's paths crossed once again, and this time they both felt a strong connection to one another. Ever since then, they have been growing and journeying together in friendship and love.
