It’s happening!

How about I tell you a story how one woman flipped my world upside down! It all started at a house party in High School (sorry Bob). Our friends made up a joke that we should start dating because we were the fun out going people and we would be the perfect couple, well a few beers later I had enough liquid courage to ask her out. It was all supposed to be a joke but we said the heck with it lets give this a shot and see what happens. Little did I know I would be spending the rest of my life with her. We started to get to really know each other and I fell completely in love with her. Next thing I know we were voted Prom King & Queen. After that I was moving to Charleston to move in with her. These things are supposed to challenge a relationship and it did. We were dirt poor, from going to Dollar Tree to get food or taking our laundry home to get washed, but we always found a way. I really stated to fall hard for her. I knew she was the one. 7 years later we decided to take a trip to New York for a little graduation celebration for Marissa and I knew this would be the moment I would ask her to marry me. It's her favorite city and what a better way to ask her than her favorite spot Central Park. I didn't know what I was going to say to her but the only way I knew how to propose was to be short and funny (just like us). When she said YES! My heart EXPLODED! I get to marry my best friend! So Marissa when I see you walk down the aisle looking as beautiful as ever the tears will be rolling down my face, but I don't give a damn let em roll because I LOVE YOU with every tear I have!
