Shuttle To Venue

June 20, 2025 3:45 pm - 11:00 pm

BEFORE CEREMONY: For shuttles to the venue before the ceremony, all shuttles will be parked between the two hotels listed above (the hotels are very close, they share a parking lot) so guests staying at either hotel or close by can jump on for a ride! Due to timing and traffic, there will be just one time slot for pre-ceremony. ALL shuttles will be leaving promptly at 3:45pm to get everyone to the venue on time. Don't worry, there will be plenty of space for everyone! After the shuttles leave the hotels at 3:45, they will not be coming back for another pickup, so please plan to be on time if you are planning to use the shuttle! We don't want anyone left behind (: AFTER RECEPTION: After dinner and reception, starting at 7pm, the shuttles will be continuously running back and forth from the venue to the hotels listed above. The last shuttles will leave at the end of the night at 11pm!
