Please RSVP by July 01, 2026, so we can finalize all the details for our celebration. If we haven’t received your response by that date, we’ll sadly have to mark you as a “no” — and you’ll be truly missed on our guest list.
The closest airport is Nashville International Airport (BNA), located about an hour and ten minutes from the venue.
Given the location of the wedding, Airbnb or other vacation rentals may be the most convenient lodging option. The Lodge at Montgomery Bell is also located nearby. Please note that a hotel block will not be reserved.
We invite our guests to dress in elegant, polished attire with a touch of garden charm. Think formal wear that’s light, colorful, and comfortable for an outdoor celebration. Women may choose midi or maxi dresses, and men can wear suits or jackets—ties are optional. Please no denim or white attire.
Please note that the venue is in a remote location with very limited cell service. We recommend downloading maps and directions ahead of time and letting family members or babysitters know in advance, if needed.
Although the ceremony begins at 5:00 PM, we kindly recommend that guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time to get seated and settled. We also ask that you please do not arrive earlier than 4:30 PM, to allow for final preparations.
Parking is available at the venue for your convenience. Since the venue does not allow overnight parking, we kindly encourage you to plan ahead for transportation after the celebration.
To keep our celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those specifically listed on your RSVP attend. We truly appreciate your understanding and are so excited to celebrate with you!
We will be offering an open bar with beer and wine for our guests to enjoy.
The Mother and Sister of the Bride will be hosting a welcome party on August 6th at 4:00 PM. E-vites with additional details will be sent in early July.
