It was just a Tuesday. Kristen had just taken a shower and was watching Christmas with the Kranks. She has always loved Christmas more than most people, so it should come as no surprise that their tree went up on November 1st. Peter had been giving her a hard time, insisting it shouldn’t go up until after Thanksgiving. Then, on November 11, Peter told Kristen he had gotten her a Christopher Radko ornament for the collection she was trying to grow. He handed her the prettiest box, and inside was the “Will You Marry Me?” ornament. At first, she thought he was messing with her. Then he dropped down on one knee, and after that, all she remembers saying was, “But it’s just a Tuesday.”
