What day should I arrive?

Answer

You can arrive any day you would like! Andrew and Tori will be arriving at the resort on Tuesday in the evening, but most immediate family and friends are arriving Wednesday. *Reminder that all of the bridal party needs to arrive by Thursday midday at the latest for the Rehearsal Dinner! :)

What airline & airport are the Bride and Groom using?

Answer

Andrew and Tori are flying Delta to and from Miami airport. You are also more than welcome to fly into Fort Lauderdale airport - other guests are doing this as well.

Question

How do I book one of the rooms in the reserved room block at the discounted rate?

Answer

We have a block of rooms already reserved for our guests. Please head over to the "Book Your Stay" tab at the top of the page and follow the instructions below! If you need help, feel free to text us!

It says the discounted room rate only applies to Thursday night and Friday night, is there any way to change that since I would like to extend my stay?

Andrew and Tori have reached out to their contact at Baker's Cay Resort. It seems this is something that will need to be a special request, but we are happy to reach out on your behalf to help with this accommodation! Let us know with plenty of heads up, and we will do what we can!!

Do I need to rent a car?

Answer

That depends on your personal preference. It is hard to plan a shuttle based on the many flights arriving per day to the area. If you do not want to rent a car, the Bride and Groom are more than happy to reach out to other guests you may know, so you can ride-share an Uber/Lyft.

Can I park my rental car for free at the resort?

Answer

Parking is free for guests staying at Bakers Cay. There is a $10 parking fee per vehicle for guests not staying at the resort.

What's the dress code for rehearsal dinner?

Answer

For rehearsal dinner, the Bride and Groom have asked that the guests attending wear Beach Formal. That means, for the gentlemen, please refrain from loud patterns (such at Hawaiian shirts) or golf polos; however short sleeve button downs are allowed. For ladies, beach dresses that cover the necessary areas are generally preferred. Please avoid cover ups, see through articles, and outfits you wouldn't go to church in :)

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

The wedding dress code is Beach Formal. Please dress for a formal style wedding on the beach with an air conditioned reception after the cocktail hour. The ceremony area is hard, coral sand so heels are not an issue.
