The dress code is modest cocktail attire, a semi-formal dress code. For men, semi formal typically is a suit or blazer with dress pants. For women, a dress or jumpsuit of any length. We encourage modest attire for the respect of the Eucharist.
We have hired a photographer to take photos of the ceremony. We ask that you refrain from using your phone during the ceremony, this includes taking photos. During mass, it is best practice to turn your phone off and put it away. You are welcome to take photos at the reception.

Yes, the reception is on the front lawn of the property listed on your invitation. We kindly recommend bringing shoes appropriate for grass.
Kids who are invited will be listed on the invitation. If they are not listed, we were not able to accommodate them.

According to the Catechism of the Catholic Church, those who may receive the Eucharist must be a practicing Catholic who observed the fasting requirement and does not have mortal sin on their soul. If you do not meet the requirements, you are invited to fold your arms across your crest and receive a blessing instead.
Since our mass is at 2pm, it is not late enough in the day to be considered a Sunday mass. Our Lady of the Gulf offers masses at the following times on Sunday: 8am, 10:30am, 12:30pm, and 5pm. Yes, we will have self serve beer and wine stations. We will also have two bartenders making a his drink and a her drink. The his drink is a rum and coke. The hers drink is a dirty Shirley. There will be a tip jar at the bar.
