We will be offering hotel blocks for The Crowne Plaza Hotel at a special rate of $159 nightly. You can call the hotel directly to book for only one night ( 401-732-6000) or use the link below to book for both. We have 15 rooms reserved for Friday night and 30 hotel rooms reserved for Saturday night. As we fill the rooms, we can ask for more based on availability. You can start booking your room as early as 11 months out (starting December 1 st 2023 and ending October 2, 2024). We highly encourage that if you plan to stay, you book as early as possible. There are other events taking place the same weekend as our special celebration and we will be able to request more rooms based on availability. The sooner you know your plans, the better we will be able to accommodate.

Shuttle
Experience Rhode Island Shuttle Service
November 2, 2024 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm
A shuttle will be running during specific times only. Guests can take a shuttle to the venue starting at 1:05 pm, there will be three shuttles running at this time. Leaving Aldrich Mansion, three shuttles will be transporting guests back to the Crowne Plaza starting at 9:05pm. We suggest parking your car in the parking lot at the hotel and using the shuttle services for convenience. We have not been guaranteed an early check in time for our room blocks so please be aware if you are only staying for one night at The Crowne Plaza, you will most likely check into your room once you return from the reception.
Travel Note
Uber/Lyft
If you plan to stay at the hotel for only one night, we suggest using ride sharing apps to get to our venue if you arrive later than 1:05 pm. Everyone is welcome to park in the hotel's parking lot and uber/lyft to the venue for a 2pm ceremony start time. Uber/lyfts can take up to 20 minutes to arrive to the hotel, so please plan accordingly. The travel distance from hotel to the venue is 6.5 miles (18-25 minutes). There is also parking available at The Aldrich Mansion.
