Join us for a casual welcome gathering at the bar inside Le Méridien Nice. We’ll be staying here for the week, and it’s one of the easiest, most central spots for everyone to meet up after arriving in the city. Grab a drink, unwind from travel, and settle into Riviera mode as we kick off our time together in Nice.
11:00 am - 4:00 pm
We’ll spend the day wandering the colorful streets of Nice’s Old Town, browsing the markets, grabbing pastries or gelato, and strolling the Promenade des Anglais. It’s the perfect mellow start to the trip—and one of the best ways to see the charm and beauty of Nice up close. Come ready to explore, shop, and soak in the Riviera atmosphere.

That evening, we’ll head to a group dinner out in Nice. Great food, good energy, and a fun night together before the bigger adventures begin. Dinner location will be announced closer to the date once we finalize reservations.

This will be our big adventure day—either a coastal road trip or a private boat tour to some of the most beautiful towns along the Riviera. Depending on RSVPs and weather, we’ll explore Èze, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, or another nearby coastal gem. Expect stunning viewpoints, old villages, seaside lunch spots, and nonstop postcard-worthy views. Transportation will be arranged once we finalize the plan.

We’re spending the afternoon at Le Negresco, one of Nice’s most iconic beach clubs and the perfect spot for a relaxed Riviera day. Think sunbeds, cocktails, good music, and the Mediterranean right at your feet. We’ll start with brunch and then settle into reserved loungers for a full beach-day experience. Le Negresco has a great restaurant, bar service to your chair, and plenty of space for everyone to hang out together. Once we have everyone’s RSVPs, we’ll book a block of loungers so the whole group can sit together.

Cocktail / Fancy Attire Think polished, elevated, and James Bond–inspired. Feel free to dress up — Monaco is the place for it.
Join us for a night that feels straight out of a James Bond movie. Monte Carlo is all elegance and Riviera glamour—glittering yachts, grand casinos, and the kind of atmosphere that makes dressing up feel mandatory. We’ll start with dinner at Le Salon Rose inside the iconic Casino de Monte-Carlo, surrounded by marble details and Belle-Époque architecture. After dinner, we’ll make our way through the casino’s gaming rooms and lounges and take in the energy of one of the most famous nightlife destinations in the world. It’s the perfect excuse to bring your James Bond best and enjoy a truly cinematic evening in Monaco. Please bring your passport for casino entry.

After our night out in Monaco, this day is meant for sleeping in, grabbing a leisurely breakfast, scheduling a spa or massage, or simply lounging by the water. No plans, no pressure—just take the day at your own pace and enjoy a peaceful, slow day in Nice before our final group dinner.

We’ll wrap up the group portion of the trip with dinner at Le Plongeoir, one of the most beautiful and iconic restaurants in Nice, perched over the Mediterranean. Incredible views, unforgettable setting, and the perfect way to end our time together on the Riviera. Reservations will be finalized once we have RSVPs.
