What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

It is recommended for guests to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled ceremony time. We will start promptly at 4:30pm.

Cocktail attire is recommended. Please avoid wearing jeans.

We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening.

What is a mystery dinner?

Answer

A mystery dinner is a mix between a dinner theatre show and a game. During each food course, actors will perform a scene to give guests information on the crime in question and guests will have time to talk with their team. In between courses, guests will have a chance to mingle with the characters to gain clues. At the end of the meal, each team will be given a chance to solve the crime and the winning team will get a small prize.

Will we have a chance to play a character in the mystery dinner?

Answer

Yes, the actors will mingle with guests during cocktail hour and will be asking for volunteers to play some of the characters. Playing a character is relatively easy. You will be given basic guidelines to follow along with information on your character. Actors will gladly give extra guidance you if you have any questions. The roles played by guests are usually those of suspects who may have committed the crime. Props or light costuming may be offered , such as hats or glasses, to help you get into character while allowing the other guests to identify your new persona. Please make sure to follow instructions and NO cheating.
