All entrees are served with a side salad: assorted greens with julienne carrots, cucumbers, and tomatoes dressed with our house aged balsamic vinaigrette (gluten-free) and a roll. Gluten-free rolls and dairy-free butter can be requested! Lemon Chicken: Grilled airline chicken breast drizzled with a sweet lemon garlic sauce. Sides include roasted garlic mashed Yukon Gold Potatoes and Roasted Vegetables (carrot, red pepper, zucchini, yellow squash). Spinach Stuffed Pork Loin: Sliced pinwheel pork loin stuffed with spinach, pine nuts and asiago cheese. Served with natural juices and roasted garlic. Sides include: Roasted vegetables (carrot, red pepper, zucchini, yellow squash) &Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Redskin Potatoes. Stuffed Portabella Cap (Vegan): Stuffed portabella mushroom cap with risotto, sautéed spinach, sun-dried tomatoes and kalamatta olives. Sides include: Roasted vegetables (carrot, red pepper, zucchini, yellow squash) &Garlic and Rosemary Roasted Redskin Potatoes. Children's Meal: Hand breaded chicken tenders with ketchup and ranch. Sides include macaroni & cheese and a fresh fruit cup. *Any meal can be made with diary-free or gluten free substitutions!
