Erie weather is known for its unpredictable nature, with conditions changing swiftly. It's recommended to dress in layers and be prepared for a gentle breeze, as we're located just a short distance from the lake. Our venue is primarily outdoors, under a charming tent and amidst the lush grass, so please bring comfortable, walkable footwear to explore the beautiful property.

Just over a year ago, Theresa and Adam became the proud owners of a historic farmhouse, built in the 1840s, nestled less than a mile from Lake Erie, and surrounded by 1,000 acres of sprawling vineyards. The house, untouched since the 1950s, became their weekend project, as they dedicated countless hours to restoring it and preparing it for this special day. Though the journey was challenging at times, it brought them closer together and gave them an incredible sense of accomplishment. Now, they warmly invite you to join them in celebrating the fruits of their labor on this unforgettable day. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with hors d’oeuvres and drinks. The house, barn, and beautiful grounds will be open for you to explore. A delicious buffet dinner will be served under the tent, complete with seating and a dance floor. This is a celebration not to be missed — a day not just for them, but to honor the incredible role each of you has played in their lives.
