Where should I stay?
Answer
First of all, thank you so much for traveling to celebrate with us! Our ceremony and reception will be held at the Union Bluff Hotel in York, Maine. We have a room block reserved at the Union Bluff, which requires a two-night minimum stay. We have also included a few local options that offer one-night stays depending on your travel plans. We look forward to celebrating with you!

When should I book my room?
Answer
The Union Bluff Hotel is conveniently located on-site, but rooms tend to book quickly, especially the during summer season. We recommend reserving your room as soon as possible. Be sure to mention the Keenan/St. Pierre wedding to access our room block.

What is the dress code
Answer
We’re embracing a vibrant, joyful feel for the day and would love for you to join us in that spirit by incorporating shades of pink, orange, or yellow into your look. The dress code is beach formal - think dresses and jumpsuits, pants and ties! The ceremony takes place outdoors on grass, so keep that in mind when selecting footwear.

What should I expect for the ceremony and reception setting?
Answer
The ceremony will be held outdoors on a grassy lawn, so we recommend keeping that in mind when selecting your footwear. Cocktail hour and the reception will follow indoors, just a short walk away, with access to a patio space as well.

Can I take pictures during the wedding?
Answer
We’re so excited to see all the fun moments you capture throughout the day! We’ll provide a QR code at the wedding so you can easily share your photos with us. We do ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. Our photographers have encouraged an unplugged ceremony so they can capture the moment without phones in the background and so that everyone can be fully present. Don’t worry, we’ve hired amazing photographers and will happily share our ceremony photos with you afterward!

What is the schedule for the day?

4:30 PM – Guest arrival 5:00 PM – Ceremony 5:30–6:30 PM – Cocktail Hour 6:30–10:30 PM – Reception (dinner, dancing & fun!)

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes! Hotel guests will have access to parking prior to the event. For guests arriving on the day of the wedding, complimentary valet parking will be available outside the venue for your convenience.
