Answer
Most resort restaurants follow a resort casual dress code for dinner. Generally required shoes (no flip-flops) and shirts required at all times (no swimwear, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts.) For wedding day attire, search "cocktail dress Mexico" on Pinterest for ideas or feel free to text us for any questions.

When should I book my room? We highly recommend booking your room and RSVPing as soon as possible, as the room availability is not guaranteed. How to book my room? Using the link provided on our "Destination" page. Am I able to update room and dates at a later time? Yes, please reach out to groups@barefootbridal.com for assistance, or call or text them at 866-8-BAREFOOT (866-822-7336). When should I RSVP? Please RSVP by August 1st, 2025. Can I stay longer? We ask that guests be present from January 17 to 19th, 2026. However, you are welcome to extend your stay if you'd like! Can I bring a plus one? Yes, please provide your plus one's information in your RSVP. Can I bring kids? Yes. What is the weather like in Cancun in January? The average temperature ranges from 70 to 80 degree. January is typically one of the driest months in Cancun. Note that mosquitoes can be a thing, so please bring bug spray! What should I wear to the wedding? Beach cocktail attire. We will provide inspiration at a later time. Are there any special travel requirement or documents needed? Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date. Visa is not required for U.S and Japanese citizens for stays under 180 days in Mexcio. Taiwanese and Japanese citizens will need an ETSA for layover in U.S. Taiwanese citizen will need a B1/B2 visa or Mexican visa to enter Mexico. We will be happy to assist with this if needed. What activities are planned for the weekend? Datalis will be shared closer to the date. What is the cancellation policy for the resort? The last day to cancel for a full refund is August 19th, 2025. Do I need to bring cash? Most places in Cancun accept credit and debit cards. We recommend bringing around $100- $200 USD for tips. More questions?
