What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive no later than 4:45pm!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is "summer formal." Think formal wear that can withstand the Maryland summer weather! Long dresses and pants/suits are preferred.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of parking at the wedding venue. Once you are on Springfield Manor's main driveway, follow the signs for wedding parking, which will be on the right. Cars can also be left at the venue overnight.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will be provided for those staying at the hotel. The shuttle will leave from SpringHill Suites Frederick at about 4:15pm to bring you to Springfield Manor. A shuttle will also be provided back to the hotel following the reception (around 10pm).

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

We love your children, but unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors. The reception will be held inside.
