If you are fully vaccinated, you are not required to wear a mask while indoors or outdoors at The Abbey nor The Grands. If you are not vaccinated, it is highly recommended at both The Abbey and The Grands that you wear a mask for the safety of all guests.
June 17th
We will have an open bar during cocktail hour - grab a drink on us before dinner! Once dinner starts, we will transition to free beer and wine with a cash/credit bar for the remainder of the evening. There will also be free coffee, pop, and lemonade all night to accommodate for everyone's drinking pleasure.
Yes - however, please keep the glass in your hand and refrain from dropping the glass on the dance floor for the safety of yourself and others.
Shoes are not required, but highly encouraged in the event a glass breaks (see question above), and also to prevent your feet from getting sticky and gross.
The kids meal is chicken strips and fries. This is available for our guests that are 12 years old and younger.
Both the Abbey and The Grands have large parking lots that will accommodate for more guests than we have invited. Parking is free at both locations. Guests can park in any campus lot at Saint John's, and the Grands has their own private lot. You are able to leave your vehicle in The Grands parking lot over-night without fear of a fine or getting towed. Please retrieve your vehicle by 12pm on Sunday, July 18th (at the latest) if you use alternate transportation from the reception.
It's all up to you! We recommend booking a room in our block at the The Hampton so our party is all together. The Homewood and the Hampton share a parking lot, are equal distance from the reception, and the shuttle will drop off at both hotels. If we fill the room block at The Hampton, we will create a room block at The Homewood Suites. We recommend looking at The Hampton first, but either one works!
