It happened one day in early summer at the infamous downtown Plymouth Coffee Bean. Introduced a mutual friend who attended University of Detroit Jesuit High school with AK, Theresa and AK met at the end of their junior year of high school. Their friendship grew throughout senior year as they accompanied each other to their respective Homecoming as friends. Theresa then found out through the grapevine that AK had some romantic inclinations, but was reluctant to share his feelings. The two began dating after Theresa stepped up to the plate, telling AK that she liked him as well. The message resulted in an open-jawed AK and the two began dating.
The sun is setting. You are a little jet-lagged, but energized by the beauty of Venice, Italy in front of you. As you take it all in, enjoying the company and excited for the delicious Italian dinner ahead, he suggests taking a photo together. Unable to obtain an acceptable view he suggests giving our phone to a women, but you're pretty sure she might run away with it. After some reluctance you agree to give over your phone, then it happens. You turn and the love of your life gets down on one knee and asks to marry you. As a guitarist serenades you in the background the biggest smile comes across your face and you lend both hands forward because you forget which hand is correct in the moment. Little do you know that women wasn't plotting your phone theft, but was the photographer capturing this special moment. That's how he did it.
