It all started with a photograph. Dominic knew that he wanted to get to know Natalie better, but he had no idea how to initiate (regarding Natalie, he overthought things a lot). One evening, he saw her standing outside, taking pictures of the moon. "That's a beautiful moon!" he said. "Huh?" she responded (regarding Dominic, she got nervous a lot). A month or so later, the moon was remarkably bright. Dominic was driving when he noticed it, and he immediately got out of the car to take a picture. Unfortunately, Dominic's old phone couldn't do the moon justice. It was good enough to send to Natalie, though. So started an incredible journey that eventually culminated in...

Dominic and Natalie had been talking about engagement for a long time. At the beginning of August, Natalie house-sat for her grandparents for a couple of weeks. While she was gone, Dominic began to really nail down plans for the proposal. He would get the ring by the end of the month and propose in early September. There was just one problem with his plans though: he didn't factor in how much he was missing her. When Natalie got back to her dorm (the place she was staying at over the Summer), Dominic couldn't hold in his excitement. He drove much too fast to where she was unloading her car. When he saw her, he felt like he was going to explode. He jumped out the car, pulled her into a massive hug, and exclaimed, "Natalie, I can't wait! I'm proposing to you today!" Needless to say, Natalie said yes to marrying Dominic. 294 days later, Dominic and Natalie will be saying yes to each other again. They can't wait to begin life together as Mr. and Mrs. Dominic and Natalie Renaldo.
