Flight
We recommend flying into Florence Airport (FLR – Amerigo Vespucci Airport). While there are no direct flights from the U.S., the airport is small, easy to navigate, and makes for a smooth, stress-free arrival. The venue is about an hour by car from the airport, so you can settle in and enjoy the Italian countryside right away. Taxis, private drivers, and rental cars are all readily available from the airport. To make travel as seamless as possible, we suggest arriving a day or two early to adjust to the time change and allow for any potential flight delays.
Shuttle

We are planning to provide group transportation from central Florence to the villa on Friday, May 28th in time for check-in and the welcome event. Exact timing and pick-up details will be shared once finalized. If your flight arrives on Friday, May 28th, please note that you may not make the scheduled shuttle timing. In that case, you are welcome to arrange your own transportation to the venue—rental cars, taxis, and private drivers are all readily available from Florence.
Hotel
We’ll be celebrating (and staying!) at Villa Le Bolli, a historic hillside villa overlooking the Tuscan countryside from May 28th–May 31st. The property features charming rooms, beautiful gardens, and a sparkling pool—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the weekend together. We’ve reserved the entire villa for our guests for the full three-night stay and will be reaching out individually to coordinate room assignments. Check-in begins at 4:30 PM on May 28th and check-out is at 10:00 AM on May 31st. Shuttle transportation will be timed to arrive around check-in. If you plan to arrive separately, we kindly recommend arriving by check-in time to allow plenty of time to get settled and ready for the welcome party.
Flight
Pisa International Airport (PSA) is also a great alternative, especially for guests arriving from other parts of Europe. Pisa is slightly farther than Florence but still an easy and beautiful drive to Villa Le Bolli, approximately 2 hours through the Tuscan countryside.
